The Isthmus Training Institute QR scanner is an exclusive mobile app for our students that validates the authenticity of a certificate by scanning the unique QR code and returns relevant information for audit purposes such as Complete Name, Personal ID, Nationality, Course ID, Course´s Name and Description, Date of Issue and Location.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before installing and using the ITI QR Scanner mobile app developed by the Isthmus Training Institute Inc. of Panama (ITI).

Your access to and use of the ITI QR Scanner mobile app is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and others who download, install or use the ITI QR Scanner mobile app.

By downloading, installing or using the mobile app ITI QR Scanner you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you must uninstall and remove all files related to the ITI QR Scanner mobile app.

ITI QR Scanner mobile app is privately authorized to use copyrighted content such as images, logos, promos, links, and any other material property of the Isthmus Training Institute Inc. of Panama. For more information, please contact ITI main office at (507)+314-4308 or Idania.arcia@iti.com.pa.

Description

ITI QR Scanner mobile application is a tool designed to scan QR codes generated and printed on the certificates issued by the Isthmus Training Institute Inc. of Panama (ITI). All students, members, participants and regulatory authorities are authorized to install and use the tool free of charge without time limitation and licensing.

Requirements

The ITI QR Scanner is specially designed for mobile devices that meet the following minimum requirements:

1.) The mobile device must have an operating system version similar to Android OS 4.0.3 or higher.

2.) The user must have access to the Internet through a mobile data contract or WiFi.

3.) Supported Internet browser installed such as: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.

4.) Built-in camera in operation.

Conditions and Limitations

All users are authorized to download, install and use the ITR QR Scanner mobile application indefinitely with no time restrictions. The mobile application is completely free without any license obligation, users are authorized to install and uninstall the mobile application as many times as necessary and on any device they wish.

However, users can not perform the following activities:

1.) Collect fees or obtain financial gains from the ITI QR Scanner mobile application in any form without the proper knowledge and authorization from the ITI Head Office.

2.) Copy, alter or use the ITI copyright content such as logos, images, links and texts in the ITI QR Scanner mobile application without authorization from the ITI Head Office.

3.) Copy, alter or use the content generated by the ITI QR Scanner mobile application without authorization from the ITI Head Office.

4.) Misuse of the ITR QR Scanner mobile application and its content in any criminal activity locally or abroad.

Obligations

Users expressly agree to use the ITI QR Scanner at their own risk "as is" and "as available". The Isthmus Training Institute Inc. of Panama has no legal responsibility for the user's misuse of the content, or for any affectation caused by the mobile application on mobile devices, tablets or similar devices. Any present obligation on the part of the user and ITI is terminated immediately in the event of uninstallation by the user.
